When do I get my perks?: Usually within a minute of paying. The rank is applied automatically, even if you're offline.
Is it a subscription?: No. It's a one-time payment for 30 days of Supporter. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel; the rank simply ends after 30 days.
Can I extend it?: Yes, buy it again any time. Each purchase adds another 30 days on top of the time you have left.
How do I get the Discord role?: Link your Discord account in game. The Supporter role follows your rank and goes away when your days run out.
I have a question about my purchase.: Open a ticket in our Discord. That's where we handle everything about purchases: missing perks, wrong usernames and refunds.
Can I buy it for a friend?: Yes, enter their username at checkout and the days go to them.
I'm under 18. Can I buy it?: Only with a parent's or guardian's permission. If someone bought it without permission, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll sort it out.
